- Immediate written confirmation will be sent promptly to all reservations

- All confirmations will detail your complete payment schedule

- Your trip itinerary will be sent to you upon receipt of your final payment

- Accurate final billing statements

- Professional travel documents for each reservation sent prior to your departure after full payments are received. These documents will include everything you need to travel with confidence

Price Protection

- If for any reason (other than fuel surcharges or new government taxes)  we have to increase the price of your vacation, we will offer you the option of cancellation without charge, provided that you advise us in writing within seven (7) days of your receipt of notice to increase. If we subsequently advertise  the exact same vacation that you have booked at a new lowered price, you can claim the savings. (this does not apply to air only, university sponsored or early booking programs)
