TOUR
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
The Tour
Participant Agreement (TPA) outlines the agreement
between Student Express, Inc (SEI) and you,
the tour participant, regarding the terms and
conditions under which we are providing tour service
and you are receiving that service.
Each individual planning to travel on a Student
Express tour, must sign a Tour Participant
Agreement (TPA). If an individual planning
to travel with us is under the age of 18 years,
that person's TPA must be signed by a parent or
legal guardian.
Final confirmation for travel and travel documents
will not be provided for all
persons on a booking if there are any persons
on that booking for whom we (SEI) have not received
a signed TPA (2 pages).
The TPA for Spring Break Travelers may be downloaded
from this site, reviewed on your computer screen
and printed-out on your printer. The document
is on two pages which are downloaded (both are
required). We must receive both pages of
a TPA in our office(signed where indicated)
in order for us to consider that the TPA
is complete. If for any reason the downloaded
version which you print from your printer is not
completely legible, please call us 1-800-787-3787
to receive a fax copy or a copy through the mail.
The character size on the printed copy is
small. You may review the document fully on your
computer screen using the acrobat reader (discussed
below) prior to printing them. The acrobat reader
allows you to increase the size of the document
type for easy reading.
Participants should understand that the agreement,
as available on this site (or via fax, etc.) from SEI
constitutes the entire agreement. Anyone
attempting to travel under an altered agreement
may be subject to fines and other legal remedies
under fraud statutes.
