Chocalate Martini (Chocatini)


	Method		Stirred/ Layered

	Glass		Martini (chilled)

	Ingredients	4 x Vodka
			1 x Creme De Cacao

	Garnish		Cherry or Choclate swirl

NOTE:	Pour the Vodka into a shaker with plenty of ice and stir. Place one
measure of Creme De Cacao into the chilled Martini glass. Then pour the
Vodka slowly down the side of the glass so that is layers on top of the
Creme De Cacao.

VARIATIONS:

Strawberry Martini

	REPLACE		Strawberry Liqueur instead of Creme De Cacao

Blue Martini

	REPLACE		Blue Curacao instead of Creme De Cacao
