Jericho has no right to that email, regardless of how he managed to get it.
Jesse, a federal felony against me -- posting stolen email -- is far more
than not getting along. Federal felonies are no joking matter.

I started Happy Hacker as a list for LEGAL hacking. I will absolutely refuse
to have anything to do with you if you continue to by fiat to include a
self-confessed habitual computer criminal as a moderator.

We need to talk.
