John Markoff's Slander ---------------------- After a recent web page hack of nytimes.com, John Markoff (insulted on the hacked web page) decided that I had direct knowledge of the hack. Once he realized that I simply posted a piece of mail I received, he quickly backed down.
Markoff thinks I have something to do with it..
I reply telling him he is on crack.
The infamous "i have logs" crap.
I point out he is full of shit and explain my 'advanced' knowledge
Markoff sees the error of his ways.
CofC's Slander -------------- CofC = College of Charleston My replies typically follow. When I kept them, other people's replies that hopefully show I am not the only one who feels that way. Summary: He is sure that "Damien Sorder" broke into his computer because of the logs he shows.. except they show the hacker coming in from madriver.com, not sekurity.org .. the only 'proof' he has is that his password file was mailed to dis@tacd.com which is an alias. That is the only thing that points to "Damien Sorder", yet he is sure.. and also because he heard that "Damien Sorder" broke into a computer in Vermont. But he doesn't have logs of anything else, no mail to show where he heard it from, etc. What a chimp. I received permission from all @tacd.com people to repost this.

NOAA's Slander -------------- NOAA = National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Summary: Because a hacker FTP'd *TO* one of my *CUSTOMER* machines, he thinks that I hacked his system. Furthermore, he thinks that the contents of one customer machine represents all of sekurity.org .. you will notice he changes his mind after my email to him.
Sean Kelly generilized the breakin, and then sekurity.org's purpose...
