The MMS was not the author of the material, and I have worked with the people
there to identify the person who stole my credit card number and hacked their
site.  If you want to move to join the MMS, you are welcome to burn up your
resources doing so.  But I'll write the complaint on my own, thank you.

Your statement that you "cannot be sued for it" is amusing.  You are going to
be sued for it.  That's a promise.
