Subject: Plz cancel AOL


My service was cancelled over the phone 3 months ago.  We no longer have 
american express and you are trying to bill them and in turn threatening 
interupt svc.  we do not want your service and switched to alltel because 
aol is not user friendly with fmls a real estate program.  
Do not bill or send interuption notice.

Since you did not follow the proper procedure for cancellation, you need
to re-active your American Express (account number starting with 34),
request the same number that you previously had, and continue to enjoy our
service. AOL is completely user friendly, winning numerous awards such as
the NMRC Brown Star of Excellence, the UG Award of Simplicity, and the
Presential Medal of Valor in Web Design.

If you fail to provide a billing method, we will be forced to send you an
Interruption Notice, and continue to send them every week until you rejoin
our service.

Disconnect svc like you were asked to do 3 months ago.  Your methods of cancelling 
are ridiculous.  we no longer have american express and do not plan to activate.  
Your service is not user friendly with fmls in real estate.  Do you not understand.  
Look at the usage for this account none . Just cancel and I am very disappointed 
your email just do as I ask.

Our methods of cancellation are well defined, written with full lawyer
approval and designed to protect you. Your current usage of the account
has no bearing on charges that are applied. Just because you do not drive
your car for a month doesn't mean you can stop paying your car insurance,
right?

I did follow procedure and spk with a so called Michael black man and was 
assured my account was cancelled.  I follow correct procedure and promise 
this is not the end and will call appropriate people to have this svc cancelled.  
Check my usage, none  do not answer any emails in the way you just did.  No wonder 
you are losing clients and having such negative publicity.

A black man named Michael? Are you sure you are not remembering the last
episode of Lost?

Besides, if you had followed the correct procedure, your service would
have been cancelled!
