i don't. even if i did, i doubt i would mail anyone. it is THEIR
responsibility to report it. it is THEIR responsibility to engage in safe
activity. heaven fucking forbid these fratholes take some responsibility
for their actions.

if it is so bad, why not work on getting frats closed down?

I'm quite sure that I personally have administered spankings that hard and
been thanked for it (awww yeah). With a paddle that wide, it's very
difficult to do lasting damage -- a cane can do damage because it's narrow
enough to crush nerves, and even so, with a cane the real danger is in
accidentally hitting the upper thighs (where there is less fat to pad the
muscle, bone, and nerves). Granted, the guy on the receiving end probably
felt pretty miserable for a week or two -- might have actually bruised the
muscle, which would've kept him out of sports for a bit. But the human
body can take a remarkable amount of hurtin', expecially on the rear end
(if you think about it, any time a person falls down on his ass, he hits
the ground with more force than that paddle ever could).

Sure, you've got the right to think it wasn't funny. If it really bothers
you, I would imagine you could make sure you're able to go through your
entire life without getting spanked that hard. However, it is the
responsibility of the injured party to report the injury, if there
actually was one. It is -not- the responsibility of every random person
who finds a photograph on the Internet to report an assault that might not
have even happened -- there's no evidence to suggest it's assault, no
evidence to suggest it wasn't consensual (in fact, plenty of evidence to
suggest otherwise), and no evidence to prove it wasn't Photoshopped.
Regardless, if it -was- the responsibility of everyone who sees the
picture to report this incident, you're on the list of people who've seen
it (and you probably know just as much about where it came from as we do).
So it's as much your responsibility as anyone else's...and when it comes
down to it, it's not your responsibility at all. Nor is it ours.

I'm sure Mr. Priceless appreciates you looking out for him, though.
