This is part of a very large CVE backlog that I've been clearing out in
recent months (that's where most of the candidates from previous years are
coming from).  These are reviewed and processed in large batches.  A CVE
will be probably be assigned to the issue within the next couple weeks,
along with a lot of other CVE's for old issues.
