LDBE, DBE, MBE, and WBE firms interested in a particular contracting opportunity with the Authority are encouraged to request a copy of the Plans Holders list associated with that opportunity. A Plans Holders list is a listing of the firms that have obtained the solicitation documents for a particular project. This list will include the name, address, telephone number and contact person's name for each firm listed. The Procurement and Contracts Department develops a Plans Holders list for each project where plans are made available to the contracting community. By utilizing the Plans Holders list associated with a particular project, LDBE, DBE, MBE, and WBE firms are able to better market their services or products. The listing of Plans Holders facilitates LDBE, DBE, MBE, and WBE firms teaming up as subcontractors, joint-ventures, or partnerships, With other non-LDBE, DBE, MBE and WBE firms.
