our opinion. All those fucking ISA fucking law keeps us and our mouth shut.. The
truth cannot be censored!!!! Let the press tell the truth!! We are sick of all
the fucking lies!! Motherfucking Censorship Board!! And stop the fucking ISA
fucking law..
This
year we celebrating our 43rd Merdeka. What have
achieved? In 1957, we fought for our freedom, the
freedom to make our own choice FREELY. We fought for
equal rights, we fought for the right to make our own
lives better. We fought a lot. And all this was done
without bloodshed and we are very thankful for that.
Well,
today we are still fighting a fight that needs to be
fought. Sadly to say, the fight today is not the fight
against the colonisers but the fight against
unfairness, unequal rights, shadowy government
actions, unfair law, and censorship.
The questions
we really have to ask ourselves, are we really satisfied
with the laws? Most of us will say no. Whatever truth
will be covered, buried six feet underground. The
citizens or rakyat will only see or hear the views
that government allows and permits. We fought for our
freedom not because of that. We are not happy with the
censorships of news. We are adults, mature to make our
own minds. We do not need the government to decide
what we can see, hear or even talk about.
Malaysians
are afraid to speak out. Afraid of the even
threatening ISA, the act that had been used by the
British in the fight against communists. But now, the
communists are long gone, yet the ISA is hung around
every citizens neck just waiting to tighten its noose.
The are a lot of issue that we are unsatisfied about .
What
can we do? Keep quiet and lay low or else you will go
in jail. Not knowing when or how you are going to get
out because you said something that is deemed by the government
as "a threat" to the country's peace.
Well,
do you expect us to play fools? Keep quiet?? Sit ?
Stand? Heed your every command?
Im
sorry, that's not my cup of tea or Kopi.
Firstly,
we hope to see that the special privileges given to
certain groups be stopped as it made many people
unhappy. The hard working ants have to give their food
to the lazy grasshoppers??
We
hope that many of the unnecessary laws be abolished.
Example, ISA. and the press acts.
We
are a democratic country? In theory at least. Shadowy
Election counting methods. Corruption in the police
force. and lot more . citizens wants a glass clear
view into all government offices. Bring back the jury
in courts?
A
decision cannot be made by the judge alone.
last
words, as a "democratic country", we hope
that our points here is taken seriously and not be
deemed as a threat to the country's peace. If we are
such united country, why does it have to be mentioned
on the pre-merdeka speech every year??if its so, we'll
know in our heart.
