THE CRIME
On or about August 3, 1998, Eva S. Izykowski abducted her daughter, Emily Izykowski, age 3, from Park Ridge, Illinois. After the abduction, the Illinois state courts awarded full custody of Emily to her father and a federal warrant was issued for the arrest of Eva Izykowski on November 11, 1998.
