Can someone please explain how to remove that panel of the rear driver's side door on a 1995 4 door XLT. My window quit going up and down, so I need to get to the motor. Thanks!

Check the fuse first! As for the instructions, since you do this sort of thing yourself I'd pick up a Chiltons or Haynes manual, it'll be invaluable. From what I hear its not easy to get those things off on Explorers, I replaced the motor on an 87 Aerostar XLT (what a peice of junk that was) and it was VERY hard to get the panel off. I don't even remember how I did it!
